Course Fees: Fees must be paid in advance to be registered in a course. Certification cards will not be sent until full payment is received. Lost cards may be replaced for an $8.00 fee. Courses fill on a first come, first serve basis, and have a 15 person maximum. Registrations close 3 days prior to the course, and courses with less than 6 people may be rescheduled. Full day courses will include a hour lunch break.
Refunds: If you are unable to attend the course, please provide 3 days prior notice in order to receive a full refund of fees, or a course transfer. No advance notice, and failure to attend the course, will result in a $15.00 Cancellation Fee.
Certification: Course certifications will be issued within 8 business days. For all courses, you must be present and able to participate, on time, and able / willing to show proficiency in all skills, both written and physical. Cell phones should be turned off or on vibrate during class sessions. Please check with your doctor about any health concerns you may have before attending a course. Course participants who appear ill may be asked to leave the course. In such cases, a full refund will be given or a course transfer granted. |

Community CPR ($40.00): Register with your payment today! 1 year Certification in Adult, Child and Infant CPR with the American Red Cross
Community First Aid & Safety ($50.00): Register with your payment today! 1 year American Red Cross Certification in Adult, Child and Infant CPR and 3 year Certification in Standard First Aid
Standard First Aid ($30.00): Register with your payment today! 3 year Certification in First Aid with the American Red Cross
Babysitter Trainer ($25.00): Register with your payment today! Designed to prepare 11 to 15 year olds to become skilled babysitters through this American Red Cross Course.
Blood Borne Pathogens ($20.00): Register with your payment today! Required for most Adult and Child Care Providers, as well as Adoptive and Foster Parents. Course also includes 1 hour of AIDS / HIV Education certification through the American Red Cross.
HIV/AIDS Education ($25.00 for 4 hr Course, $65.00 for 7 hr Course): Register today! What is HIV? How can we safely handle blood and other bodily fluids? Class also includes 1 hour of Blood Borne Pathogen certification through the American Red Cross.
Safe Baby Emergency Care ($25.00): Register with your payment today! Infant and Child Choking, CPR, and Rescue Breathing skills taught in a 1 hour non-certified setting. Great for all new parents and baby showers!
Home Alone, I’m in Charge! ($25.00): Register with your payment today! Designed to prepare children 8 years and older to problem solve when they are home alone. Parents are encouraged to attend with their child for free!
CPR / AED for Professional Rescuers / HealthCare Providers ($45.00): Register with your payment today! 1 year Certification with the American Red Cross. AED stands for “Automated External Defibrillator”. Wilderness First Aid ($95.00 or $125.00 for a couple): Register with your payment today! 2 day American Red Cross and MOFA course to prepare you for what to do when help cannot be called or is critically delayed.
SAFETY CAMP FOR KIDS ($25/DAY or $75/WEEK): Call 509-548-1830 to register American Red Cross safety information focusing on first aid, outdoor safety, CPR, choking, and home alone safety for youth, 8 to 12 years of age. This day-camp is from 9 am to noon for 5 days.
